Included Managed Services
Our goal is to help our customers get up and running fast. Our technicians will assist customers with site setup, application deployment, email setup, and DNS configuration for their initial site or application on any new server. Note: Reasonable time limits apply.
Our Atlanta and Richmond data centers are protected by an industrial strength DDoS protection system, by Arbor Networks. This system is designed and configured to automatically mitigate DDoS attacks, while allowing the targeted site to remain operational.
We fully support the use of our Customer Portal and the ISPmanager, Plesk, and cPanel/WHM control panels that we offer. This includes helping you configure your site and DNS, set up mail services, install software, and use the services available in your Customer Portal.
eApps customers can take advantage of our FREE consultations. Skilled professionals will review your technical and business requirements in depth. Our proposed solution will help you achieve a secure and reliable service that meets your needs and budget.
Our free Uptime Monitoring, powered by NodePing, checks your site's availability from multiple locations at one minute intervals. The monitor can check any port or protocol, and sends alerts to user defined contacts or groups via email, MMS, or Slack. Custom monitors are available for a small fee. The reasonably priced First Responder option direct alerts to eApps Support for resolution.
Monitor your CPU, RAM, DIsk, data transfer rates and processes in near real time via your customer Portal. Usage graphs are presented for used selected time periods. Includes an option for email alerts when user defined thresholds are exceeded. Resource monitoring and alerts are free of charge. A reasonably priced First Responder option direct alerts to eApps Support for resolution.
Our technicians will analyze your server's operating environment, application environment, and database environment to determine what improvements can be made. A report with findings and recommendations will be prepared. Upon approval, our technicians will implement the recommendations.
Customers can install software using the ISPmanager, Plesk and cPanel control panels, or via the command line. In cases where customers need a little help our technicians will assist you. Note: Custom installs and updates that are more extensive are billed at a very reasonable rate.
We offer FREE installation of SSL certificates when you purchase them directly from eApps. The installation is limited to one configuration, except for Wildcard and Extended Validation SSLs which are limited to three. Note: Free installation applies only for certificates purchased from eApps.
Your content will be delivered through a world-wide content delivery network, increasing your site's speed. The WAF blocks most hacker bots. Enhanced DDoS protection provides additional protection from direct attacks. Notes: Enhanced DDoS protection requires IP cloaking. CDN has a generous traffic allowance.
Optional Managed Services
Customers can select additional managed services including Managed Backups, First Responder alerts for resource and uptime issues, Priority Support, and more. These can be found under our Services menu.
We also offer managed services plans which include a bundle of our most popular managed services.
Base - All platforms (PvC, VCS, and PaaS) include a Base package of managed services. Customers can choose additional managed service options for managed backups, monitoring response, and more. The services are billed on an à la carte basis.
Add-on - VCS customers can choose a managed service Add-on package for any of their Virtual Cloud Servers. These services include a bundle of our most popular managed services and only apply to the server for which the Add-on is purchased.
Enterprise - PvC customers can choose a managed service option that provides an Enterprise level of support, including an Account Manager, for their entire private cloud. This service is billed as a percentage of total Cloud cost, on a sliding scale. VCS customers that achieve a spend rate of $1,000 per month automatically receive the Enterprise package. VCS customers that are not yet at the Enterprise level can add this premier level of service as a paid option.
