Customers using our Virtual Machine services have the ability to purchase a block of disk space for backup storage. Customers can make manage backups from their customer portal. One time backups can be made at any time for any Virtual Machine. The AutoBackup feature can be adjusted to create custom retention cycles for daily, weekly, monthly and annual backups. The backups can also be used as a template to create a new Virtual Machine.

Advanced CDP Backup Services

Also available as a paid option is the award winning R1Soft Continuous Data Protection (CDP) backup software. This advanced backup system allows customers to manage backups for multiple virtual machines and servers. Backups can be scheduled to run in small time increments. This means that fresh backup copies of your data are available every few minutes, minimizing the risk of losing important data.
