Since the inception of our hosting operation in 1996, eApps has focused on applications. A big part of our emphasis comes from our roots as a consulting and software development firm. We started hosting applications from day 1 and have continuously evolved our approach to achieve the high level of application hosting that we offer today.
The following are the cornerstones of our application hosting service.
- Application Repository - Like many other hosting companies, all of our VPS hosting plans have root access so that customers may install applications that they need. Unlike most other hosting companies eApps has an in-house repository of useful and commonly used applications. The applications cover a wide range of services including development tools, frameworks, application servers, content management systems, media servers, mail tools, and more. The eApps application repository is fully available to our General VPS hosting plans. Selected applications from the repository are also available to our Plesk and cPanel Reseller VPS plans.
- Easy Installation - Each installation in the repository can be installed and upgraded via an easy to use control panel. Our application team ensures that the repository is up to date with solid, tested application versions.
- 24/7 Support - Each application in our repository is eligible for round the clock support from our excellent technical support staff.
- User Guides and Documentation - Each application in our repository has a User Guide that explains how to use the service in the eApps Hosting environment.
